Are you looking for caring support to make daily tasks a little easier? Whether it's grocery shopping, attending appointments, meal preparation, or help around the house, we’re here to lend a hand. Or perhaps you’re looking to enjoy a day out fishing, get to the gym, or connect with community groups — we’re with you every step of the way.

Our care doesn’t end when you’re in the hospital. We are there too, ready to support you in any way we can, whether it’s bringing your favorite meals or accompanying you on leave for fresh air and or a drive to somewhere that brings you peace. Whatever support looks like for you, we're here to make sure you feel valued, empowered, heard and cared every step of the way.

Assistance to access community, social and recreational activities

Assist participant to engage in community, social and recreational activities by transporting them to the location and being a form of support. We can join in on the activity or stay at a distance if you prefer more space.

Assistance with daily life

Assisting or supervising personal tasks of daily life to enable the participant to live as autonomously as possible. Such as medication monitoring, organising appointments, creating a budgeting plan, create a meal plan, organise the house.

As part of the NDIS pricing agreement service charge are

Provider travel

Up to 30 minutes of travelling to participant residence will be charged and up to 30 minutes travel back to office

Hourly rate will be charged based on the time of service e.g. Weekday daytime $67.56, Weekday evening $74.44, Saturday $95.07 etc

(If 15 minute is spent travelling to the participant residence and 15min travel back to the office, a total of 30 minute will be charged from the hourly rate.)

(E.g. 30 minute of $65.47 = $32.73

Fuel cost

Transporting participants to venues will be charged at $0.99/km

Short Notice cancellation

Please note within the policy of the NDIS pricing guide, a cancellation of service within 7 days notice of the due service will is billable. This is to ensure that our team members are financially secured. Unless due to unforeseen circumstances we will waive the short notice cancellation at our discretion. So please do inform us 1 week in advance to maximize your NDIS funding.
