Psychosocial Recovery Coach

We’re here to support you through every step of your journey, including times when hospital care is part of that path. During admissions and after you’re discharged, we work as your advocate, communicating your needs and goals with hospital clinicians to make sure your voice is at the heart of your care.

Together, we embark on a journey of self-discovery, finding what truly supports your unique wellbeing. As you define your goals, we help you build a team tailored to your needs—from occupational and physical therapists to professional cleaners and support workers—all ready to help you reach your destination, with you in control.

We’re here to empower you to pursue your passions and ambitions, whether that means finding volunteer or paid work, creating content, learning new skills, continuing your education, or even starting a business. Whatever your vision, we’ll walk beside you with compassion and encouragement to help you bring it to life.
