About Me

Hello, I'm Win!

I’m the person behind the scenes at Lvl Up, making sure things run smoothly so our team can focus on supporting others. After becoming a mum, I experienced postpartum anxiety and depression. That season changed me — it taught me how to slow down, listen deeply, and find healing in nature, movement and creativity. Even though I’m not working directly with clients, I pour that same care and intention into everything I do—because support comes in many forms.
